The Provider collects Personal Information about Individuals during service delivery. This policy describes The Provider's collection, storage, use and disclosure practices.

Individuals with complaints or questions may contact The Provider via the contact page. The Provider will respond within 10 days and attempt resolution within a further 10 days where feasible.
If a complaint cannot be resolved, Individuals may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Individuals may request modification of, or access to, their held Personal Information.
11. Unknowingly collected information
The Provider may receive Personal Information indirectly - from other Individuals or Organisations. The Provider makes a good-faith effort to handle such information in accordance with this policy and the Privacy Act principles.

Individuals may disclose Personal Information to other Organisations during use of The Provider's services. The Provider attempts to make this clear at the point of disclosure but cannot control third party handling.

The Provider reserves the right to amend this policy to comply with changes in the law or to reflect changes in business practices. Individuals are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically.

- Organisation / Organisations: an organisation using the Service.
- Service / Services: web interface providing commercial landscaping and grounds management services information.
- Personal Information: information categorised as 'personal information' under privacy law.
- Privacy Act: the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
